We only ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays using New Zealand Couriers.

We charge a flat rate of $8.00 NZ-wide for up to 1 Party Box (6 dozen box). Additional rates will apply for larger orders, please check your shipping amount at checkout.

We've gone to great lengths to ensure our packaging protects our Tokies, so that they look as good for you as they do when they leave our kitchen. Our treats are packaged in sturdy boxes with custom-designed trays to protect each Tokie, whether it’s heading minutes down the road, or across New Zealand!

All parcels are protected from heat damage with special insulated packaging.

What are my delivery options?

All of our parcels are sent using New Zealand Couriers.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, your order will be packed into a special insulated parcel. To ensure your parcel is in transit for the shortest time possible, we only dispatch on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All parcels are marked Authority to leave and we will not deliver to PO boxes.

Authority to Leave’ applies to all orders and means that in your (or the recipients) absence, the delivery will be left in a safe place at the designated address

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

No, but you can order in advance for your event. Bik-Tik-Tok Tokies keep for 3 days in the fridge in an airtight container, or 8 weeks in the freezer.


Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can not accommodate returns or refunds unless it matches one of the reasons listed below:

If we are in error and deliver an incorrect product, please contact us by email or phone within 6 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll arrange for the correct order to be sent to the same delivery address at no additional cost.

BIK TIK TOK is proud to offer our customers a quality product, however in the unlikely instance that a product is in some way faulty or damaged through the conduct of BIK TIK TOK, we will replace it at no additional expense. Contact us by phone or email in any such instances.

We are not able to exchange or refund products that have been ordered incorrectly or if you have a change of mind about chosen product for any reason. If your address changes and you fail to update your details on the site, you will be liable for the products being delivered to the incorrect address. BIK TIK TOK will not be responsible for any delays in delivery that fall outside the control of BIK TIK TOK or its employees.
